Hallie Ephron is a writer, book reviewer, and writing teacher. She is the author of two suspense novels, two books about books, two books about writing, and five series mystery novels.
 
Her new psychological suspense novel, Come and Find Me, is about Diana Highsmith, a recluse who works and lives online, afraid to leave her own home. But when her’s sister disappears, she is forced to do what seems impossible: brave the outside world. By assuming the identity of her alter-ego, an avatar who is as fearless as Diana herself once was. But soon she finds herself wondering: Has she become a character in someone else’s game?
 
Hallie's psychological suspense, NEVER TELL A LIE (William Morrow), now in paperback, has been turned into the movie AND BABY WILL FALL  for the Lifetime Movie Network. Publishers Weekly gave it a starred review and called it "stunning" and a "deliciously creepy tale of obsession." It has been translated into 7 languages. It was nominated for multiple awards, including the Mary Higgins Clark Award, and won the David Award for Best Mystery Novel of 2010.
