Author Bio

Vicki Lane has lived with her family on a mountain farm in North Carolina since 1975. She is the author of the Elizabeth Goodweather Appalachian Mysteries, the fourth of which, IN A DARK SEASON, is an ANTHONY nominee for Best PBO and THE DAY OF SMALL THINGS, a spinoff/standalone, will center on Miss Birdie, Elizabeth’s octogenarian neighbor. Vicki is currently at work on Elizabeth's next adventure --UNDER THE SKIN -- which will be published in October of 2011.
