Wednesday, April 29, 2026 – the 80th Annual Edgar Awards Banquet

Location: Marriott Marquis New York – 5th Floor – Westside Ballroom
MWA will be celebrating the 80th anniversary of the awards and the 81st anniversary of the organization.  As always, it will be a sit-down dinner and the dress code is:  Black-Tie Preferred – Dressed to Kill.

Hotel Information:

We have been able to negotiate an excellent rate at the New York Marriott Marquis (1535 Broadway between 45th & 46th Streets) for Edgar® week. The rate is available for stays beginning Sunday, April 26th through Saturday, May 2nd. The rate is $349/night (plus fees/taxes). We will be going “live” with this very soon, but we wanted our nominees and Special Guests to be able to book your rooms before we go public. If you have any problems making a reservation, please let me know immediately so I can alert the hotel.
